Experience the tranquility of a ‘Creative Flow Art and Sound Bath Workshop’ featuring a blend of creative and restorative practices. This immersive event will be held on Sunday 18th August 2-4pm at Fishpond Wood in Bewerley near Pateley Bridge as part of the annual NiddArt Trail event (niddart.org.uk).

Led by silk artist Jane Carlisle Bellerby (janecarlislesilkart.co.uk) and Mel Simcoe of Harmonistics Wellbeing (facebook.com/harmonistics) the nature-themed art and sound workshop provides a nurturing environment for participants to explore their creative responses to Fishpond Wood after a session of carefully curated sounds and vibrations, improving mood and releasing tension.

The workshop is open to individuals of all artistic levels, from beginners to experienced artists, who are seeking a creative and therapeutic experience.

Tickets for the “Creative Flow Art and Sound Bath for Wellbeing” workshop are priced at £25, with all materials included. Interested participants are encouraged to contact ajc2elder@aol.com for more information and to secure their spot.
