James Owen Thomas
James is a young local artist who has been a helpful volunteer in the woods. He highlights environmental issues by turning discarded items of paper and fabric into colourful collages. He has held exhibitions in many parts of the country and has been appointed an ambassador for the Tree Council. He works closely with a number of charities and offers demonstrates of his techniques as well as sale of art works. His website is well worth a visit
Seeds of Compassion
Helen O’Connor is a registered psychologist integrated forestry therapy practitioner who runs Seeds of Compassion. She delivers group and one-to-one forest bathing sessions integrating aspects of Compassion Focussed Therapy.
